Since moving to Bonita, Damon and I have been playing with our food. So we thought we'd pass some of our recipes along so that those of you back in the UK can try the food we are now eating. I understand that some of the stuff might be hard to get hold of but hopefully we can work around that. BTW Beans on Toast will appear here in some form - it has switched from staple to exotic here!

Spicy Shrimp Pasta - Update
Ooh forgot to add that there are some wonderful tools on the internet to provide nutritional information about the food your eat. Damon has done the hard work and entered the relevant information into the site he uses so that we can give you a nutritional breakdown of the previous recipe. Hopefully in the forthcoming recipes we can proved all that in line as we generate the stuff.
